Not sure which size you are? We are trialing a new program to provide a way for you to find out, even when you order offline.
It’s simple.
1.) Order two sizes of your desired item.
2.) Decide which one fits.
3.) Get your return label.
4.) Return the size that didn’t fit.
5.) Receive your refund.

SHIPPING
Once you receive your items, you must decide which one fits within 14 days. Please inform us which one you will be returning and we will supply you with a free return label.
Item must be placed in the mail within 5 days of receiving your label.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect to ensure it is unwashed and unworn. Then we will apply your refund within 2-3 days of us receiving your item.

REFUNDS
Refunds are only valid for one of the two items purchased. This refund is intended to support our sizing service and does not apply to regular purchases. The second item purchased will be subject to our normal return policy.
Refunds do not apply to shipping fees. Any shipping fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer. The return label for one of the two items ordered will be provided at no cost. If both items are to be returned, then the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning said items to The PNW Dream.
Please allow your refund 4-7 days to process. It should process sooner but sometimes may take longer. If more than 7 days has passed and you have not received your refund, please reach out to us at shop@thepnwdream.com
QUALIFICATIONS
This program is meant for sizing purposes only. Any items not purchased for sizing reasons will be subject to our original return policy.
Two items of the same product must be purchased in the same order for this service to apply.
The PNW Dream reserves the right to use our discretion when necessary.
The PNW Dream reserves the right to cancel, alter, deny or change this service whenever it chooses.
